Key Responsibilities

• Engage with international leads and present Think Technology’s trading solutions.
• Build trust-based relationships while identifying client needs.
• Guide prospects through our services, converting interest into long-term clients.
• Track performance and consistently exceed targets.
• Learn about the fintech industry — no prior experience required (full training provided).

Who You Are

• Fluent in English (speaking and writing – mandatory).
• Motivated, confident, and comfortable interacting with global clients.
• Target-driven with a positive attitude toward sales and communication.
• Quick learner who adapts easily and thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Currently residing in İstanbul (applications from İstanbul residents only).
