Who is Andovar?

Andovar is a global localization company that helps businesses adapt content for global audiences. We offer services like translation, voice-over, subtitling, and AI data collection, working with native talent to ensure clear and culturally accurate results.

We are inviting Native or Native-level English speakers to take part in a new video-recording project for an AI development initiative. This technology will be used in products like digital companions, smart agents, and virtual tutors.

Your recordings will be used exclusively for AI training: human foundation model — never for public display or promotional use.

Project details

Project ETA

• Start: Early Feb

• End: End of Feb (TBC)

Work details

• Record a video conversation between two people via Squadcast session

• Each resording session is about 20 minutes. Each participant can record up to 2 hours in total.

• No script — a topic prompt and scenario will be provided.
  Example: “Get to know each other after meeting for the first time.”

• Both participants must appear on camera with a simple background. No blur or virtual backgrounds.

• Do not include any personally identifiable information (PII).

Requirements:

• Native or Native-level speaker of English

• Access to Laptop/PC. Device should be capable of recording video at a minimum resolution of 720p, along with earphones or earbuds.

• Open to participants worldwide

Compensation: USD 25 per finished video hour (up to USD 50 per participant).

• Andovar will coordinate on recording scheduling.
