At Alpha CX, we are committed to delivering world-class customer support solutions for international clients. We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for multiple international projects involving Email Support, Live Chat, Inbound Calls, and Outbound Calls.

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals who can work in fast-paced environments and provide professional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer support through email, live chat, inbound calls, and outbound calls
• Assist customers with troubleshooting, technical issues, product inquiries, and general support
• Maintain professional communication with customers
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Strong English communication skills and good accent
• Experience in technical support, gaming support, e-commerce, IT/software support, or electronic product support is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Must be able to work onsite
• Must be comfortable working rotational shifts, including night shifts

Work Shifts:
Candidates must be flexible to work rotational shifts, including night shifts. Shift timings will be assigned based on project requirements, and candidates cannot select their preferred shift.

Possible shift timings include:

• 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM PKT
• 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM PKT
• 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM PKT
• 1:00 AM - 10:00 AM PKT

Salary:
PKR 80,000 - 110,000 + performance-based bonuses (depending on experience and project requirements)

Training:
Paid training will be provided for selected candidates.
