We are building a pool of qualified English-speaking Management Trainers to collaborate with us on a freelance, on-call basis.
This is not a full-time or part-time position. Trainers will be contacted only when a relevant training program is confirmed and aligned with their expertise.
Scope of Collaboration
Selected trainers will be engaged on a per-training agreement, depending on client needs, schedules, and program requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional management and leadership training programs in English
- Customize training content to match client objectives and industry context
- Facilitate interactive sessions, workshops, and discussions
- Assess trainee engagement and learning outcomes
- Submit basic post-training reports or feedback when required

Requirements
- Certified Trainer (TOT – Training of Trainers certificate is mandatory)
- Proven experience delivering management or professional training programs
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to work on a freelance, project-based basis
- Availability to deliver training on short notice (when required)
