Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented English-speaking Classes Scheduler to join our team during the night shift. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and scheduling classes for students and instructors, ensuring that all sessions are accurately arranged and updated in our system.

Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and manage class schedules for students and instructors
• Coordinate availability across multiple time zones
• Communicate schedule changes promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records in scheduling platforms and internal systems
• Assist students and staff with schedule-related questions
• Ensure all classes are assigned to the correct instructors and resources
• Monitor last-minute cancellations and reschedule as needed

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work efficiently during night shift hours
• Comfortable using scheduling software and online platforms
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
