English-speaking Operations Staff Required

Job Title: Operations Support Executive

Working Days: 5 to 6 days a week

Location: Samanabad, Lahore

Salary: PKR 40,000 to 45,000 (Depending Upon Experience) + KPI Allowance (If Applicable)

Job Duties:

• Oversee UK operations from the Lahore-based office
• Handle client queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels
• Scheduling
• Admin Work and Documentation
• CRM Management

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduation
• Excellent English communication (both speaking and writing)
• English proficiency should be at least 7 out of 10 overall
