Your Mission: As the voice of our clinic for our international patients (UK, USA, and Global), you will:

• Connect: Manage inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email, building trust from the first interaction.
• Guide: Provide expert, clear, and professional information regarding our hair transplant procedures.
• Convert: Turn potential leads into happy patients through effective follow-up and sales strategies.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our medical and operations teams to ensure a seamless patient journey.

Who You Are:

• Native or Fluent in English (Written & Spoken) is a must.
• Proven experience in Hair Transplant Sales or the Medical Tourism sector.
• A results-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• A positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• (Optional: Knowledge of Turkish or a second language is a plus).

Working Schedule: We offer a dynamic shift system designed to balance operations

• 📅 Saturdays: Half-day work (2 times/month).
• 🌗 Shift System: Alternate weeks with double days off.
• 🕓 Fridays: Half-day work (1 time/month).
• ☀️ Sundays: Working day (only 1 time/month).
