We are seeking vigilant, reliable, and detail-oriented Support Staff to join our team. This role requires English-speaking staff who can provide excellent support and ensure smooth daily operations. If you cannot speak English fluently, do not apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain constant communication with team members via phone or email.
- Log and report incidents or updates accurately using internal reporting tools.
- Coordinate response actions during emergencies or unexpected situations.
- Track team check-ins/outs and ensure tasks are being conducted as scheduled.
- Handle incoming calls and provide assistance or escalate as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Follow established procedures and protocols to manage routine operations and unexpected situations.
- Ensure all systems are functioning properly and report any faults immediately.
- Maintain shift reports and ensure smooth handovers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar support or administrative role is preferred.
- Fluent English communication skills are required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computer software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
