English Spoken Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic English Language Instructor to teach and develop the communication skills of students. The ideal candidate must possess strong command over English grammar, vocabulary, spoken communication, and academic writing. The instructor will be responsible for lesson planning, classroom delivery, language development activities, and student assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lectures in English grammar, literature, spoken English, and writing skills.
• Design lesson plans, classroom exercises, and assessments as per curriculum standards.
• Conduct interactive sessions, group discussions, debates, and language labs to enhance fluency.
• Provide individual feedback to students to improve pronunciation, vocabulary, and articulation.
• Prepare students for competitive exams, public speaking, interviews, and presentations.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Track and record students’ progress and submit timely reports.
• Organize workshops, language activities, and contests to enhance communication skills.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators for curriculum development and improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Literature, Linguistics, or Education.
• Certification in TESOL / TEFL / CELTA (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven teaching experience in schools, colleges, or coaching institutes.

• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Strong knowledge of grammar, phonetics, and vocabulary.
• Classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching.
• Ability to use audio-visual tools and modern teaching aids.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
