Job Title: Assistant to Director (English Stenographer)
Responsibilities:
- Take dictation in shorthand and transcribe accurately.
- Draft and type letters, reports, and official documents.
- Record minutes of meetings and maintain records.
- Handle correspondence and confidential documents with utmost confidentiality.
- Provide direct clerical and administrative support to the Director.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication on behalf of the Director.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Proficiency in shorthand.
- Strong command of English (written & verbal).
- Knowledge of MS Office and document formatting.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism.
