English Teacher

Ataşehir American VIP is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher to join our growing academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to learners of various ages and proficiency levels, while creating a supportive and motivating classroom environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and delivering effective English language lessons (speaking, listening, reading, writing).
• Preparing lesson plans in line with the institution’s curriculum and objectives.
• Monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and preparing progress reports.
• Using interactive methods and modern teaching techniques to increase learner engagement.
• Creating a positive, professional, and student-centered learning environment.
• Collaborating with the academic coordinator and other staff members to ensure high-quality education standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English Language Teaching, English Literature, Translation, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Strong command of the English language (C1–C2 level).
• Teaching qualification (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Previous teaching experience in language schools, colleges, or similar institutions.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
• Passionate about teaching and motivating students to reach their full potential.
