Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented English Faculty to join our coaching institute. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in English language and communication, along with the ability to train students for competitive exams and/or academic success.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English from VIII to XII (Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension, Writing, and Communication Skills) to students preparing for CBSE BOARDS and competitive exams (as per institute requirement).
• Prepare and deliver high-quality lectures, practice sessions, and doubt-clearing classes.
• Develop customized lesson plans, study materials, mock tests, and practice exercises.
• Train students in reading comprehension, error detection, essay/letter writing, and verbal reasoning.
• Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.
• Guide students in improving fluency, pronunciation, and confidence in spoken English.
• Motivate students to achieve their academic and competitive exam goals.
• Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, question trends, and teaching techniques.
• Contribute to curriculum design, question bank preparation, and online/offline content creation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹39,132.42 per month
