KINDERGARTEN ENGLISH TEACHER

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

To implement Ozel Izmir SEV English Department’s agreed instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential.

To fully understand, embrace and implement ISEV’s mission, vision, goals, and motto as the drivers for the student learning objectives.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

· A minimum of five years of teaching experience in the field of certification

· BA in English

Required qualifications:

· Knowledge in current instructional methodologies, “student-centered” classrooms, curriculum development and evaluation, differentiated instruction and student assessment

· Demonstrated ability to integrate technology, ESL/EFL teaching strategies, and research-based formative/summative assessment into the learning environment/experience

· Demonstrated commitment to Global Citizenship, excellence in teaching with high standards, application of differentiated learning with an international and multicultural perspective

· Ability to model learning for colleagues and students,

· Great interpersonal relationship skills,

· Excellent multi-tasking, problem-solving and time-management skills,

· Outstanding communication skills (oral and written)

· Dynamic and enthusiastic,

· Genuine team player with strong organizational and technology skills
