Job Overview

We're looking for a dedicated English Teacher to join Usmania Institute of Excellence. Your main goal will be to help students aged 8-16 master the English language. You'll create fun and effective lessons covering grammar, reading, writing, and literature, and provide the support students need to succeed. What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Plan & Teach: Create and deliver engaging lesson plans that cover English grammar, sentence structure, reading comprehension, and literature.
• Assess Student Work: Assign and grade homework, projects, and tests to track student progress.
• Support Students: Offer one-on-one help to students who need extra support and patiently answer questions.
• Manage Your Classroom: Encourage class participation, maintain attendance records, and create a positive learning environment.
• Get Involved: Mentor students for activities like debates and competitions and participate in school meetings and professional development workshops.

What You Need (Requirements)

• Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Experience: Previous teaching experience, especially with middle or high school students. Freshers are also welcome.
• Skills:
• Excellent command of the English language (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, positive, and creative personality.
• A Plus: Any teaching certification or completion of a teacher preparation program.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
