English Teacher

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching English language and literature, developing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons for students.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, writing, reading comprehension, and literature.
• Create lesson plans in line with curriculum requirements and learning objectives.
• Assess, record, and report on the progress and development of students.
• Provide constructive feedback to support individual learning needs.
• Organize classroom activities and discussions to enhance language skills.
• Encourage a culture of reading, creative writing, and critical analysis.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, training, and school events.
• Stay updated with teaching methodologies, educational technologies, and subject knowledge.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Teaching certification (B.Ed. or equivalent) preferred.
• Previous teaching experience is an advantage.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Ability to use modern teaching methods and digital learning tools.

Work Environment:

• Classroom-based teaching (may include online/hybrid classes if required).
• Collaborative and student-centered learning atmosphere.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
