Job Title: PRT English Teacher

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated PRT English Teacher to join our academic team at Kent Global School, Banswara. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong command of the English language, and the ability to engage and inspire young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English to Primary level students (Classes I–V) following the prescribed curriculum.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Use interactive and creative teaching methods to make learning enjoyable and effective.
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress through tests, assignments, and classroom participation.
• Maintain discipline, foster a positive learning environment, and ensure the overall development of students.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities, events, and training sessions.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and progress.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English or related field (B.A. English preferred).
• B.Ed. is mandatory.
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience at the primary level (preferred).
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for teaching and ability to connect with young learners.
