English Teacher

Responsibilities

· Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in accordance with the school's curriculum.

· Assess student progress through tests, quizzes, and assignments.

· Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance.

· Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning.

· Prepare students for standardized tests and assessments.

· Participate in faculty meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development activities.

· Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.

· Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.

· Previous teaching experience, preferably in a primary school setting.

· Strong understanding of English grammar, vocabulary, and literature.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Ability to manage a classroom effectively and create a positive learning environment.

· Passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
