Beşiktaş, Barbaros Bulvarı'ndaki 15 yılı aşkın deneyime sahip köklü dil okulumuz World of Language Academy olarak, "Sınav İngilizcesi" (TOEFL, IELTS, PTE Academic vb.) alanında kanıtlanmış deneyime ve uzmanlığa sahip, dinamik İngilizce Öğretmenleri arıyoruz. Öğrencilerimizin hedeflerine ulaşmasında kilit rol oynayacak, güçlü bir eğitimciyi ekibimize katmak istiyoruz!

Aradığımız Nitelikler:

• Üniversitelerin ilgili İngilizce bölümlerinden mezun (İngilizce Öğretmenliği, İngiliz Dili ve Edebiyatı, Amerikan Dili ve Edebiyatı, Mütercim Tercümanlık vb.),
• Sınav İngilizcesi (TOEFL, IELTS, PTE Academic gibi) alanında en az [Belirli Bir Yıl, örn: 2-3 yıl] deneyimli ve başarılı öğrenci referanslarına sahip,
• Güncel sınav formatlarına ve öğretim metodolojilerine hakim,
• Esnek çalışma saatlerine uyum sağlayabilecek,
• Ekip çalışmasına yatkın ve uyumlu,
• Güler yüzlü, pozitif, enerjik ve güçlü iletişim becerilerine sahip,
• Disiplinli, sorumluluk sahibi ve dakik,
• Başarı odaklı, yaratıcı ve yenilikçi yaklaşımlara sahip,
• Beşiktaş lokasyonumuza ulaşım sorunu bulunmayan,

Tercih Sebebi Nitelikler:

• TOEFL, IELTS, PTE Academic gibi uluslararası sınavlardan yüksek puan almış,
• Pedagojik Formasyon Belgesi olan,
• Tercihen iyi derecede Türkçe bilen ve/veya Türkçe ders anlatma tecrübesi bulunan,

Görev Tanımı:

• Öğrencilerimizin sınav hedeflerine ulaşmaları için etkili, motive edici ve sonuç odaklı dersler vermek,
• Özgün ve güncel ders materyalleri geliştirmek ve mevcut içerikleri zenginleştirmek,
• Öğrencilerin gelişimini yakından takip etmek ve düzenli, yapıcı geri bildirimler sağlamak,
• Bireysel öğrenci ihtiyaçlarına yönelik stratejiler geliştirmek,
• Eğitim programımızın ve metodolojimizin geliştirilmesine aktif katkıda bulunmak.

English Teacher (Exam English Specialist)

As World of Language Academy, a well-established language school with over 15 years of experience located on Barbaros Boulevard in Beşiktaş, we are looking for dynamic English Teachers with proven experience and expertise in "Exam English" (TOEFL, IELTS, PTE Academic, etc.). We aim to add a strong educator to our team who will play a key role in helping our students achieve their goals!

Required Qualifications:

• Graduated from relevant English departments of universities (English Language Teaching, English Language and Literature, American Language and Literature, Translation and Interpreting, etc.),
• At least [Specify Number, e.g., 2-3 years] of experience in Exam English (TOEFL, IELTS, PTE Academic, etc.) and possesses references from successful students,
• Proficient in current exam formats and teaching methodologies,
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours,
• Prone to teamwork and harmonious,
• Friendly, positive, energetic, and with strong communication skills,
• Disciplined, responsible, and punctual,
• Success-oriented, creative, and innovative in approaches,
• No transportation issues to our Beşiktaş location,

Preferred Qualifications:

• Has achieved high scores in international exams such as TOEFL, IELTS, PTE Academic,
• Possesses a Pedagogical Formation Certificate,
• Preferably proficient in Turkish and/or has experience teaching in Turkish,

Job Description:

• To deliver effective, motivating, and results-oriented lessons to help our students achieve their exam goals,
• Develop original and up-to-date lesson materials and enrich existing content,
• Closely monitor student progress and provide regular, constructive feedback,
• Develop strategies tailored to individual student needs,
• Actively contribute to the development of our educational program and methodology.
