Job Title: English Tutor

Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000/month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate English Tutor to join a reputed training institute in Dubai . The ideal candidate must have in-depth subject knowledge, a flair for teaching, and the ability to engage students in interactive learning sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct tutoring sessions focused on English Literature for school and college-level students.
• Teach literary themes, critical analysis, essay writing, and comprehension techniques.
• Prepare customized lesson plans based on individual student needs and academic goals.
• Support students in improving their reading, writing, and interpretation skills.
• Use modern teaching methods and digital tools to enhance the learning experience.
• Track and assess student performance, providing regular feedback.
• Maintain a supportive and motivating learning environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Literature Tutor or Teacher.
• Experience teaching IB, IGCSE & American curriculum to Grade 10,11 & 12.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in English Literature or a related field.
• Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior experience in a training institute is preferred.
• Must be immediately available to join and currently based in the UAE .
