English Teacher

• Instruction and Curriculum:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective English language lessons, incorporating various teaching methodologies.
• Develop and implement differentiated lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
• Use a variety of teaching resources, including technology, to enhance student learning.
• Ensure that lessons align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
• Maintain accurate attendance and grade records.
• Assessment and Feedback:
• Assess student progress through various methods, including formative and summative assessments.
• Provide constructive and timely feedback to students on their work.
• Identify areas where students need additional support and implement appropriate interventions.
• Classroom Management and Environment:
• Create a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to address classroom management issues.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and other professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate teaching and learning practices.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in English language teaching.
• Other Responsibilities:
• Participate in school events and activities.
• Follow school policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Teaching certification or license (as required by the region).
• Proven experience as an English teacher (preferred).
• Strong command of the English language.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
• Knowledge of current educational assessment tools and methods.
• Ability to motivate and engage students.
• Flexible and adaptable teaching style.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
