English Teacher

Om Kothari Group of Educational Institutes, Kota, is looking for a qualified and passionate English Teacher to teach English Speaking and Writing Skills at the college level. The ideal candidate should be dedicated to improving students’ communication, confidence, and academic writing abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English Speaking, Communication, and Writing Skills to college students
• Improve students’ grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency
• Conduct interactive sessions including group discussions, presentations, debates, and role plays
• Guide students in academic writing, essays, reports, and professional communication
• Prepare lesson plans and study material as per institute guidelines
• Assess student performance and provide regular feedback
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment

Eligibility Criteria:

• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Teaching experience preferred (Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply)
• Ability to motivate and engage college-level students
• Good classroom management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Clear pronunciation and confidence in communication
• Experience in teaching spoken English or academic writing
• Student-friendly and result-oriented teaching approach
