English Teacher

Job Description: Holy Hearts Academy is seeking an experienced and passionate English Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English and a proven track record of teaching. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons that meet the educational needs of our students, fostering a love for english, and preparing students for academic success.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality english lessons to students in lower classes (grades 1-7).
• Develop and implement lesson plans that engage students and promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and examinations, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Prepare students for examinations, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Utilise variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and professional development activities.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in mathematics education and incorporate innovative teaching practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• A recognised teaching qualification (B.Ed. or equivalent).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for assessment.
• Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in the academic and personal growth of students.
• Ability to commute or is required, to relocate to the job location.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
