Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Education, English, or a related field

About the Role

The Poise Hub is seeking an enthusiastic and creative English Teacher to support young learners in building strong communication, reading, and expression skills. This role focuses on nurturing confidence and language development through fun, interactive, and age-appropriate virtual learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach spoken English, phonics, vocabulary, and early reading skills
• Use storytelling, rhymes, games, and interactive learning methods
• Encourage confidence, creativity, and self-expression in children
• Support language development based on age and learning ability
• Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents
• Create and maintain an engaging, child-friendly virtual classroom

Required Skills & Qualities

• Strong spoken and written English skills
• Creative, energetic, and child-centric teaching approach
• Patience and empathy when working with young learners
• Ability to manage and engage students in a virtual classroom
• Passion for early childhood education
