Ø Must know the students mentoring process.

Candidate should

Ø Good command over the English language

Ø Have a passion for teaching and for the subject English

Ø Be able to develop innovative teaching and learning material

Ø Be between 25-30 years of age

Ø Educational Qualification:

BA (English), MA (English), B.Ed., M.Phil.

Ø 3 years of teaching experience be committed to a set of values cherished by the organization
