Job Summary:

Central Academy School, Phalodi is looking for a dedicated and skilled English Teacher to teach students at the Primary / Middle / Secondary level. The ideal candidate should have strong language proficiency, effective classroom management skills, and a passion for developing students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English language and literature as per the CBSE/State curriculum
• Develop lesson plans focusing on grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking skills
• Encourage effective communication and critical thinking among students
• Conduct regular assessments, tests, and assignments
• Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on students’ performance
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
• Support students in improving pronunciation, comprehension, and writing skills
• Participate in academic planning, meetings, and school activities
• Communicate with parents regarding students’ academic progress

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Post Graduate in English
• B.Ed is mandatory
• Teaching experience preferred (Freshers with strong subject command may apply)
• Excellent command over spoken and written English
• Knowledge of digital teaching tools and smart classrooms is an added advantage
