JOB SUMMARY :

Futuristic International is seeking a passionate and dedicated ENGLISH TEACHER to join our institution. The ideal candidate should be proficient in teaching English language and literature, and capable of enhancing students’ reading, writing, speaking, and communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Teach English according to the assigned grade level and curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
• Conduct engaging and interactive classroom sessions.
• Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Monitor and evaluate students’ academic progress.
• Provide additional support to students who need improvement.
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Participate in school meetings, events, and parent interactions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in English + B.Ed (MANDATORY).
• Proven teaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Good classroom management abilities.
• Passion for teaching and student development.

• Ability to make English learning interesting and engaging.
• Patience and strong interpersonal skills.
