Roles and Responsibilities

• To Educate the core concepts
• To Engage students in activities with fun
• Assessing, Marking and Reviewing a child's work and understanding.

Before the Class:

• Lesson Planning
• Research on the concept and content designing
• Designing of Innovative and creative teaching aids and ideas.

During the Class:

• Effective and smooth implementation of the Lesson Plan
• Efficient Classroom Management
• Engaging students with fun learning activities

After the class

• Review the individual child’s understanding
• Correction of books
• To message in the respective WhatsApp group
• To send digital online games

Essential Functional Competencies

• Mandatory: Fluent English – Written and Spoken
• Mandatory: Knowledge of Basic Grammar mandatory.
• Mandatory: Computer Knowledge MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Independently create PowerPoint Presentations for the concepts.
• Knowledge of Zoom is mandatory to conduct online classes efficiently.
