Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a clear and fluent accent, and the ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver interactive English lessons that cater to the needs of primary school students.
• Focus on building students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills with proper pronunciation and fluency.
• Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and confidence in communication among students.
• Develop age-appropriate learning materials and activities that make English learning enjoyable.
• Assess, record, and report on students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain classroom discipline, a positive learning atmosphere, and a child-friendly approach.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to ensure holistic development of students.
• Participate actively in school events, training programs, and academic initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Clear and fluent accent with strong pronunciation.
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage young learners through innovative teaching methods.
• Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for teaching children.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in English / Education or relevant field (B.Ed. preferred).
• Prior teaching experience at the primary level is desirable.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and digital learning tools will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
