-graduation from ELT or related departments with/or teaching certificate like TESOL/ TEFL
-minimum 2 years of adults teaching experience
-improved comminication skills
-ability to use technical teaching materials and smart board
-strong human skills
-creative and fun way of teaching style
-CELTA or DELTA is a bonus
