About the Role

Skillzwallah is looking for a passionate and confident English Speaking Trainer who can conduct online

sessions, guide students, and help them gain fluency in English. The trainer should also understand

sales-oriented tactics to motivate and convert demo students into paid learners.

Key Responsibilities

• • Conduct online English speaking classes for students (one-to-one & group).
• • Use Zoom software effectively for delivering engaging sessions.
• • Motivate and convert demo students into long-term learners.
• • Create a positive, confidence-building learning environment.
• • Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

• • Experience: 1–2 years in Online English Speaking Training.
• • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Zoom software.
• • Setup: Laptop/Smartphone with stable internet connection.
• • Communication: Excellent English fluency and a confident, clear voice.
• • Ability to engage students and use sales conversion tactics during demo classes.

Compensation
