Job Title: Cambridge English Teacher (Primary Section)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Cambridge English Teacher for the Primary Section. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English lessons in accordance with the Cambridge curriculum, fostering students' language development, critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons aligned with the Cambridge Primary curriculum.
• Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning.
• Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and classroom activities.
• Maintain accurate records of students’ academic performance and attendance.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic progress.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
• Prepare students for Cambridge assessments and examinations.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure student well-being.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum planning and school improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English.
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience, preferably in the Cambridge curriculum.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning tools.
• Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Cambridge Primary English framework and assessment standards.
• Creative lesson planning and differentiated instruction techniques.

Work Location: In person
