Key responsibilities

• Curriculum and instruction: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the IGCSE English curriculum. Foster strong reading, writing, speaking, and analytical skills in students.
• Student assessment: Design and conduct assessments to evaluate student comprehension and progress. Provide timely, constructive feedback to help students improve.
• Classroom environment: Create a classroom atmosphere that encourages critical inquiry, open discussion, and a love for language and literature.
• Collaboration: Work with other teachers and departments to develop interdisciplinary projects and share best practices.
• Parent communication: Maintain strong communication with parents, providing updates on student academic performance and progress.
• Administrative tasks: Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, student attendance, and assessment data. Ensure compliance with school policies.
