Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Telesales Specialist (B1/B2) located in Dubai. The specialist will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound sales calls, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing client inquiries, and presenting tailored real estate solutions. This role requires engaging potential clients in a professional, persuasive manner, while working closely with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written
• Experience in customer service and proven ability to effectively engage with clients
• Knowledge of the real estate market In Dubai is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Positive attitude, high energy, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and tech-driven platforms is a plus
