The English Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in English language and literature to students at the [specify grade levels, e.g., middle or high school] level. The TGT will develop engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and create a positive learning environment that fosters students' critical thinking and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instructional Planning:
• Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and state standards.
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to address different learning styles and needs.
• Integrate technology and multimedia resources into the classroom to enhance student engagement.
• Assessment and Curriculum Development:
• Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, projects, and other assignments.
• Provide timely feedback to students and adjust instructional strategies based on assessment outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the English curriculum and assessment practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per year
