We are looking for English trainers to work in schools to train students in schools for communicative English

Job description of EELL Trainer: The EELL Trainer will design and deliver engaging English language training sessions to help learners develop essential language skills for real-life communication and professional settings. The trainer will assess learner needs, create lesson plans, and use innovative teaching techniques to ensure effective learning outcomes.

 Trainer has to travel & visit from 40 to 50 schools in a month.

 He/she must be a graduate.

 He/she must be very communicative in English.

 Experience of 1 to 2 years in training is preferred.

 Preference will be given to mother tongue of Telugu.

 He/she should have minimum knowledge of computers - excel, word, PPT etc

 Preferred the age between 25 -35 years

Job roles & Responsibilities:

 She/he will get class room and field training.

 Trainer offers Demos to school management of several schools.

 Trainer trains the teachers for organizing EELL classes.

 Trainer meets teachers monthly and visits class rooms and audit the implementation of EELL program.

 Trainer coordinates with marketing staff.

 He/she ensures and responsible the completion of EELL in schools of his/her area.

Other Requisite Qualification:

 A degree in any discipline

 Good Fluency in English Language

 Should be willing to work in schools

 Candidates must be flexible to travel around City

 Job Type: Full-time.

 Should be able to speak Telugu, Hindi , English

 Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month +TA
