American Lyceum is seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, fostering a love for the English language and literature, and supporting students in developing strong communication, reading, and writing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver effective English lessons in line with the school curriculum.
• Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Incorporate modern teaching methods and educational technology to enhance learning.
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning.
• Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and school events.
• Support extracurricular activities related to language and literature (debates, drama, writing competitions, etc.).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Teaching certification or relevant professional training is preferred.
• Prior teaching experience at school or college level is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Pay: From Rs25,000.00 per month
