English Tutor

About Us:
Think and Solve Learning Center is dedicated to helping students build confidence and succeed academically through personalized tutoring. We provide a supportive environment for both students and educators, where learning is engaging, structured, and effective.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Reading and writing Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be tutors with experience in teaching English Language Arts at the elementary, middle, or high school level. This is an in-person only position—all sessions are conducted at our Orange City office (no online tutoring).

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and small group tutoring in English/ELA.
• Support students with reading comprehension, writing, grammar, and test preparation as needed.
• Create engaging lesson activities tailored to student needs.
• Track and communicate student progress to parents and the Learning Center director.

Qualifications:

• Licensed teacher (preferred).
• Strong background in English/ELA instruction.
• Previous tutoring or classroom teaching experience (preferred).
• Patient, reliable, and passionate about helping students succeed.

Schedule & Pay:

• Flexible part-time hours (afternoons, evenings, and weekends available).
• Pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
• All tutoring sessions are held at the Learning Center in Orange City.
