About The Role

We're looking for experienced writers and editors to help evaluate and improve AI-generated content at a high level. This is not routine proofreading — you'll be making nuanced editorial calls, providing structured feedback, and helping set the quality bar for AI language outputs across complex and ambiguous content.

Your expertise will directly shape how AI understands and produces sophisticated, well-crafted English — work that matters at scale.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated writing for clarity, tone, structure, and accuracy
• Make nuanced editorial decisions on complex or ambiguous content
• Provide clear, structured rationale for edits and quality assessments
• Review content for consistency across large-scale writing projects
• Maintain high editorial standards independently and asynchronously
  
  

Who You Are

• Advanced English writer and editor with a strong command of style, tone, and structure
• Holder of a Master's Degree or higher in English, Humanities, Journalism, or a related field
• Exceptionally detail-oriented with sharp editorial judgment
• Comfortable working independently on complex, open-ended tasks
• Based in the United States
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in publishing, content strategy, academic writing, or editorial QA
• Familiarity with style guides (AP, Chicago, MLA, etc.)
• Background in evaluating or coaching writing at scale
• Prior experience with AI content evaluation or annotation workflows
