We're looking for sharp, detail-oriented English writing professionals to help evaluate and improve AI-generated content. Your editorial instincts will directly shape how AI systems produce clear, accurate, and well-crafted written English — making a meaningful impact on the future of communication.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated and human-authored content for grammar, tone, clarity, and consistency
• Identify subtle language issues including awkward phrasing, ambiguity, and stylistic inconsistencies
• Improve readability and flow while preserving the original meaning and intent
• Apply editorial judgment consistently across a wide range of content types
• Provide structured, actionable feedback using clear written notes and rating systems
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
  
  

Who You Are

• Based in the United States
• Holds a Bachelor's Degree or higher in English, Humanities, Journalism, or a related field
• Strong proofreading and copy-editing instincts honed through academic or professional experience
• Exceptional attention to linguistic detail — you notice the errors others miss
• Comfortable evaluating large volumes of written content with consistent quality
• Self-motivated and reliable with the ability to follow detailed style guidelines
• No prior AI experience required

• Experience working with style guides such as AP, Chicago, or MLA
