Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Customer Support Agent (Voice & Chat) located in El Abasia El Qeblia. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via voice and chat support channels, provide accurate and timely information to resolve issues, ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs, manage customer accounts, and provide basic troubleshooting support to resolve technical issues. You will also document customer interactions and follow up as required to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Strong Customer Satisfaction and Troubleshooting skills to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.

Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, in English to handle customer interactions via voice and chat channels.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Previous experience in a customer service role and knowledge of CRM tools is advantageous.
