Enrichment Program Lead Educator

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead innovative enrichment activities that promote childhood development, creativity, and social skills.
• Manage classroom environments with effective behavior management techniques to ensure safety and engagement.
• Collaborate with team members to plan age-appropriate lessons aligned with early childhood education standards.
• Provide guidance and support to children during activities, ensuring inclusive participation for all learners.
• Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and program updates.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including first aid procedures when necessary.
• Foster a nurturing atmosphere that encourages positive behavior, teamwork, and personal growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, camp, or tutoring programs.
• Strong classroom management skills combined with knowledge of behavior management strategies.
• Certification in first aid and CPR; additional certifications in special education or childhood development are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to plan engaging activities related to theater, sports coaching, babysitting, or other enrichment areas.
• Excellent communication skills for working with children, parents, and team members effectively.
• Background in early childhood education or related fields; experience in Christian counseling or working with students is advantageous.
