We are seeking compassionate, respectful nurses for casual roles in the Mandurah, Falcon, Greenfields areas. Right at Home Perth Northern Suburbs & Perth West Coast provides a range of services to support independent living in the community.

About The Role:

• Providing clinical in-home services including care planning, medication management, wound care, chronic disease management, palliative care, and diabetes management.
• Supervising non-clinical team members in the community.
• Handling intake, care planning, and reporting.
• Conducting client assessments with a focus on Consumer Directed Care.
• Coordinating quality, person-centered care tailored to client needs and funding.
• Managing documentation in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Qualified Enrolled Nurse
• Current AHPRA registration
• First Aid & CPR certification
• Australian Police Check
• Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Experience in community care assessment and planning
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Smart mobile device (iPhone/Android)

Preferred Skills

• Passion for high-quality, client-focused community care
• Cert IV in Training and Assessment (highly desirable)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Residing in Western Australia is required
