This role as theEN will see you:

• Contributeto the assessment of residents;
• Contributeto the development and review of a care plan forresidents;
• Providecare and support to residents under the supervision of theRN;
• Monitorthe well-being of residents and report changes;
• Contributeto assessing the effectiveness of nursing care to achieveoutcomes for residents;
• Performspecialised clinical nursing tasks within the scope of practiceof an Enrolled Nurse;
• SuperviseCare staff.

Aboutyou:

• Eligiblefor registration with the Western Australian NursesRegistration Board as an Enrolled Nurse;
• Developedknowledge and understanding of the role and scope of workundertaken by an Enrolled Nurse;
• Theability to contribute to a multi-disciplinary team that has apeople centered focus of care;
• Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal;
• Possess afamiliarity with the Aged Care AccreditationStandards;
• Enjoybuilding positive relationships with residents, their familiesand staff.

Or come join us at our Vivian BullwinkelLodge . The Vivian Bullwinkel Lodgewas opened in late 2007, situated in 85 Hester Avenue. Eventhough it is the smaller facility out of the two with 79beds, the lodge still offers the same amount of care andservices with permanent and respitecare.
