Duties

• Front desk registration and document review.
• Provide clear explanations of documentation needed for successful enrollment.
• Conduct document verification and perform fingerprint process.
• Process payments.
• Maintain accurate records of client registration and follow-up actions taken
• Support clients in overcoming barriers by offering empathetic listening and tailored solutions.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
• Prior experience not required. Entry level position.
