Position Overview:The Enrollment and Outreach Liaison supports the Director in student enrollment, onboarding, marketing, lead generation, and fiscal program administration. Serving as the primary point of contact for new families, this role ensures a seamless enrollment experience while promoting the school’s brand and enhancing its presence in the community through various outreach and marketing activities. The Liaison will also have a primary role in international student enrollment efforts via the Student Exchange and Visitors Program.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Administration:
- Respond to inquiries related to admissions and enrollment.
- Conduct school tours and discuss programs with prospective families and partners.
- Maintain databases, compose correspondence, proofread, and manage administrative tasks.
Enrollment Management:
- Oversee students’ initial enrollment process
- Track progress and follow up on missing enrollment materials.
- Coordinate file creation with the Front Office; Confirm receipt of academic records and documentation prior to enrollment.
- Facilitate the registration process for current students
- Coordinate student checklist completion, tracking progress, and addressing family questions.
- Connect new families with current ones via Ambassador programs and gatherings.
Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Develop content for marketing communications and identify opportunities for enhanced admissions outreach.
- Create and implement social media campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook).
- Monitor social media channels to promote and protect the school’s brand.
International Enrollment (SEVP Program):
- Track and report on the admission, enrollment, and attendance of F-1 visa students.
- Issue I-20 forms as a registered DSO and ensure SEVP compliance.
Event & Program Coordination:
- Plan and support Admission Office events, including outside of regular hours as needed.
- Maintain web-based forms, templates, and portals.
- Generate reports and queries for CDS Administration.
Other Duties as Assigned by the Director.
Position Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience in the education or non-profit sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation, and marketing.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to keep information confidential, demonstrating a high level of discretion
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.
- Spanish language skills preferred, both spoken and written
Technology Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Blackbaud Enrollment Management, Finalsite, Adobe Acrobat, and Canva preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
