Enrollment & Assessment Specialist

Godman Guild Association is seeking an organized, people-focused Enrollment & Assessment Specialist to support participant intake, outreach, testing, and enrollment across workforce development, adult education, and youth programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support participant recruitment, outreach, intake, and onboarding
• Conduct eligibility screening and enrollment support
• Coordinate and proctor assessments including TABE, CASAS, GED, and WorkKeys
• Schedule testing sessions and maintain testing records/databases
• Enter and maintain accurate participant and assessment data
• Support orientations, community events, and partner engagement
• Assist with reporting, compliance, and data quality reviews

Qualifications

• Experience in enrollment, workforce development, education, social services, or customer service
• Strong communication, organization, and data entry skills
• Ability to work with diverse populations in a professional and empathetic manner
• Experience with databases, Microsoft Office, and digital systems preferred
• Knowledge of testing platforms or adult education programs is a plus
