Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, friendly, and proactive Enrollment Coordinator to serve as the face of our studio. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and can confidently manage multiple responsibilities at once.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet families and provide a welcoming front desk experience
• Answer phones, emails, and return voicemails promptly
• Manage new student inquiries and guide families through registration
• Book trial classes and follow up with prospective families
• Communicate with families via phone, email, and texting platform
• Maintain accurate records in Studio Pro (experience is a plus)
• Assist with class enrollments, waitlists, and account questions
• Keep lobby and front desk area clean, organized, and stocked
• Support retail sales (dancewear) and basic inventory tracking
• Assist with administrative tasks, mail, and studio operations

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
• Tech-savvy (Google Docs, Sheets, Word, Excel, Canva a plus)
• Experience with Studio Pro or similar Dance software is a plus
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
