Enrollment & Operations Assistant (Sales Support)

Tribeca Language is a boutique, dynamic language center in NYC offering play-based and communication-based language programs for children and families.

We’re looking for a reliable, confident, people-oriented assistant to support daily operations and help convert inquiries into enrollments. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys talking to parents, staying organized, and seeing the direct impact of their work.

This is a part-time, in-person role with the potential to grow into full-time within 90 days based on performance.

What You’ll Do

Front Desk & Parent Experience

  • Greet families and manage daily check-ins
  • Keep the space organized, welcoming, and running smoothly
  • Prep class materials and manage basic supplies

Enrollment & Sales Support

  • Respond to parent inquiries (email, phone, in person)
  • Follow up with leads using scripts and guidance
  • Book trials and support class enrollment
  • Maintain accurate lists of prospects and students

Admin & Systems

  • Schedule lessons and keep class schedules accurate
  • Update CRM and basic tracking
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files

Marketing Support

  • Upload provided content to social media, website, and newsletters
  • Support promotions and enrollment campaigns

Who This Is For

- 2+ years experience in admin, customer service, or front-desk roles
- Comfortable speaking with parents and clients
- Organized, reliable, and proactive
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with basic tech (Google Drive, spreadsheets; CRM a plus)
- Interested in sales, communication, and growth

Bonus (not required):

  • Experience in education, childcare, boutique businesses, or family services

Compensation & Perks

  • $17/hour base
