Enrollment & Partnerships Coordinator

  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Schedule: 9:00am - 5:00pm (some pre-planned nights/weekends)
  • Location: Hybrid
  • Compensation: $25/hour ($15/hour base pay + bonus) with additional commission opportunities

The Enrollment & Partnerships Coordinator plays a key role in driving new student enrollments and expanding our presence in the community. This role combines relationship-based sales, community outreach, and marketing to help more families discover our life-saving swim programs.

You will actively build partnerships with schools, daycares, and community organizations, represent British Swim School at local events, generate leads, and guide families through the enrollment process.

This role will also support our social media and digital presence, helping showcase our programs, build trust with families, and convert interest into new students.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for new families and guide prospective customers through the enrollment process
  • Answer incoming customer phone calls and convert inquiries into enrollments
  • Respond to new customer messages across multiple channels (email, text, web chat, socials, etc.)
  • Follow up with rescue leads, including abandoned registrations, past customers, and drop requests
  • Monitor and support review programs and NPS scores to strengthen customer satisfaction and reputation
  • Support customer retention by assisting with parent communication and engagement when needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local schools, daycares, youth programs, and community organizations
  • Deliver engaging water safety presentations that educate families while introducing British Swim School programs
  • Visit daycares, preschools, camps, and youth organizations to distribute flyers, introduce programs, and generate new leads (pre-scheduled)
  • Represent British Swim School at community events including: School festivals, vendor fairs, church events, open houses, family resource events, trunk-or-treats, and community festivals, etc (pre-scheduled)
  • Track outreach activities and help convert community connections into new enrollments
  • Create branded graphics, photos, and short-form videos for social media platforms
  • Design simple promotional materials including flyers, announcements, and class highlights
  • Assist in capturing photos and videos during select swim lessons or events (as needed and pre-scheduled)
  • Draft and schedule weekly posts across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Maintain a consistent content calendar supporting promotions, curriculum themes, and seasonal campaigns
  • Monitor social channels for comments, messages, and engagement
  • Ensure all content follows British Swim School brand standards and messaging
  • Stay updated on social media trends relevant to families and community-based businesses
  • Work closely with the Operations Director and Business Owner to align outreach, marketing, and enrollment goals
  • Participate in regular check-ins to review campaign performance and upcoming initiatives
  • Maintain an organized media library of photos, videos, and marketing assets
  • Assist with additional projects as assigned by the Communications Manager, Operations Director, or Business Owner

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Sales Experience (1+ years preferred) - Experience with lead generation, customer engagement, or relationship-based sales
  • Public speaking experience
  • Complete all in-house company training including Soci, JackRabbit, HubSpot, FreshDesk, RingCentral, etc.
  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Experience with short-form video editing (e.g., CapCut, Instagram Reels, TikTok tools)
  • Bonus: Basic photography and videography skills and familiar with and able to implement AI tools
