You are a consultative closer who leads with empathy. You manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, ask the right questions to understand their needs, and guide them from first inquiry to confirmed enrollment. - Manage a personal lead pipeline from first contact through enrollment

Respond to all new inquiries same-day; conduct outbound follow-up with urgency and consistency

Lead consultative conversations that uncover client goals, address concerns, and move toward a decision

Meet and exceed individual enrollment targets; report pipeline status weekly

Schedule and coordinate virtual consultations and enrollment appointments

Maintain accurate, same-day CRM records on all contacts and activity

Build referral relationships with external partners over time

Represent the organization professionally across all written and verbal communication
- 2+ years in a high-volume call role: sales, recruiting, call center, consulting, or client services

Proven track record hitting conversion or enrollment targets

Strong consultative communication — you listen first, then guide

CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

Self-directed, organized, and accountable in a remote environment

Empathetic, responsive, and genuinely invested in the people you talk to
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
